Affiliate Disclosure

The short version: we earn commission on some of the links here, it costs you nothing extra, and it does not buy anyone a recommendation.

What an affiliate link is

Some links to products on this site and on The Cozy Sheets are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be if you’d gone to the retailer directly.

Amazon

WinterCotton is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Clicking an Amazon link takes you to Amazon, where their own privacy policy and cookie practices apply, not ours.

Other programs

We also take part in affiliate programs run by home and bedding brands directly. Where a link is affiliated, the same terms apply: no cost to you, and no influence on whether something gets recommended.

What commission does not buy

A place on a list. An order within one. A kinder description. We choose what to write about before we check whether a program exists, and a product with no affiliate program at all can still win a guide — and sometimes does.

Where commission rates differ between two products we rate equally, we say so rather than quietly favouring the better-paying one.

Prices and availability

Prices change constantly and we don’t control them. Anything we mention about cost reflects the time of writing, and the retailer’s page is always the authority. Check there before buying.
